I bought this device a few months ago. Initially, I was excited about the idea of PDA & Smartphone functions integrated in one device with a Windows Mobile 6. But a few weeks into owning it, I have discovered a few things which has made me regret my buy.
Appearance: Compact, but has a very plasticky look & feel to it. There is an `O2'(mobile network) symbol on the phone and has been hidden with a Mwg sticky which makes one wonder if it was once a used phone. An accessory which came along also sports a similar O2 symbol.
Performance: The high spec processor and RAM is good & has lived up to my expectations.

First, because of the small screen, there are a number of 3rd-party programs that don't run on this phone, for example Skype for Windows Mobile (Fring is a nice replacement, though). There's no reasonable VPN support, and one has very little control over when the phone builds up a GPRS connection (this happens without asking you for a confirmation whenever one of your applications tries to connect to the internet).
