This is a superb budget player which I have still yet to get to grips with (so many features). Crisp, clear sound on the CD, excellent bass and actually makes your factory fitted speakers sound ok. Just a few of things that you should be aware of. I fitted mine in a Skoda Fabia (stop the jokes about increasing the value!) What the manual does not tell you is that you MUST switch the red and yellow wires around (the excellent Kenwood website shows you how) or your player loses its memory, same applies with all VW's. The AUX input must be switched on, again the manual is rubbish at describing how, once again go to the Kenwood website and the FAQ section for car radio's (you must also crank up the sound a touch when playing your i-pod for some ... The Sony D-FJ200 is a very good walkman with lots of good featuresincluded on it. It is a very modern, rounded design which can fit intoyour pocket. The Sony D-FJ200 has an FM/AM radio with 30 presets for FMand 10 presets for AM. The CD part is covered by G-PROTECTION so that itcan be used on the move without your CD's being jumped or scratched. Alsoincluded are stereo earphones and adaptor. I think this model of Walkmanwould be an excellent purchase for anybody who likes music, especially onthe move.

I was initially outraged that other reviewers were disagreeing with me, but I tried again, and I was wrong and they were right. It can produce plenty of noise in my car now. The diagnoses offered were wide of the mark: I knew about the single channel and had tried flipping the autoreverse on my stereo. That just changed it from "off" to "barely audible". I had done all the fiddling I knew how to. The volume was at full on both CD player and car stereo. What seemed to make the difference this time around was the hefty, annoyed yank I gave the cable just as I was feeling vindicated. The Pet Shop Boys deafened me. I suppose what I had done was brought the cassettes mechanism into proper contact with the playback head on the machine. This may ... Read More:
