The ad said it was suitable for my Nokia 2630 so I bought one. Its cheap, its packaged well and it arrives promptly and actually fits the phones - but it doesnt work on all models listed, it wont charge the phone, I just keep getting a message 'charger unsupported on this phone' or simply nothing at all happens, the cigar lighter fitting lamp glows red every time I plug it in but nothing happens. I then tried it on my son's phone - Nokia 6300 and it works a treat. Then a day or so later, it decided to work on my phone(once only). So far, thats it, worked once and then Ziltch - it doesnt work/very unreliable, so buyers beware. I guess you get what you pay for.

I got this product on a Tuesday, and it broke on a Tuesday (SAME DAY) i was not a happy bunny, now i have to go and spend more money to buy the official Headset, witch i really and truly should have done in the first place. but i guess you live and you learn! When the headset was working the sound (audio) was really good, the mic was not to shabby (usable) my choice tho would be to go with the Official headset, just so u don't wast your hard earned cash!

as said before, when the box is opened your first thought is oh my god, but very easy, plugs only go one way, make sure you tape up the loose ends that are not required, had a problem on citroen berlingo as orange cable remains live for a minute after turning off the key, although the unit was switched off each time i returned to the van as soon as the central locking was operated it came on, thoughts of flat batteries ensued, parrot were excellent, emailed back within hours and said it needed connecting differently, direct to a switched supply, something about a data bus system used by citroen. now on switch off it says disconnected and then goodbye straight away. their web site has a very good information forum. reception and operation seem ... This started brilliantly, outperforming all previous adaptors for range by far - however, when the first one went faulty Big Box were superb with their service and replaced very quickly - six months later second unit has failed. Big Box offering refund as they don't have a suggested replacement - this is a shame as they have been superb but it would be foolhardy to try a third BT Voyager 1055 with this reliability record.
