Got this camara a week a go, to replace the built in one on my k850i. Got the z10fd because of the good reviews it had and the way it looked. Have tried most of the functions on the phone and have found it easy to navigate and work. The picture are very good except for one's took at night with the flash. It easly beats the picture from the k850i. Would highly recommend this camara, if it is to replace a phone camara and you need something light and portable, that gives good results.

Took this great camera with me on several trips now to Egypt and Bonaire and although it is rated for use to a maximum depth of 10 meters is has been deeper with me without any problems. Battery life may vary but it is easy to use and has a clear display. Fits easily in the pocket of your BCD. Clip it to a D-ring because it will sink if you let it go. Overall good quality pics both above and under water. Love it and if I would lose it I would order another one before my next trip !

Having read the reviews, I bought this along with my new Sony DCR-DVD109 camcorder. It is indeed large inside - you could easily fit two of these cameras in the main compartment and still have room for leads, a spare DVD and a spare battery. Then you need to work out what to put in the other handy pockets! I can't fault the quality but the problem with all this space is its a bit bulky to carry about - I'm not quite ready to carry a man-bag! (My camcorder is the same size as the 106 and 306).

Having just purchased a new Sony compact camcorder (DCR-SR range) I wanted to get a case that was not an obvious thief magnet and offered quality affordable protection. With the price difference so little between genuine Sony and independent case manufacturers I decided to go with the genuine article. I have not had it long but it is well padded with a discrete small pocket, useful for a small battery or filter and the zips and clip seems good quality. When fully closed the top is very well protected with the sides zipped shut and an additional flap over the top. It would have to be very wet indeed to ingress water into the fully closed case. I bought this to go with my ixus 70 and it is a very good snug fit. Not really room for anything else in the case but it is high quality attractive protection for the ixus while adding the minimum of bulk. Magnetic closer is a modern effective touch. Have since bought two more(ixus 70 & napoli 5) for my mum and a mate. Recommended

As a hobbyist I wanted the lovely polarization of my outdoor shots but didn't want to break the bank to get it- this Hoya filter is perfect for that. Bought this camera as a replacement/addition to an older Olympus Mju400. The Olympus was fine but the flash tended to wash out subjects when used in low light conditions. Having researched the options I ultimately decided upon the f40d based on its flexibility and claimed excellent performance at higher ISO settings. Thus far I have been extremely impressed with this camera, I have mainly used it in Auto setting or the N setting (where flash is not made available so the ISO setting is changed to overcome lower light settings) and in both cases the results have been superb (even at ISO800).
