There is not really much to say about this filter - it does exactly what it says on the tin! Pictures taken in sunlight are more precise and less hazy because UV light is filtered out. This filter is cheap and specific enough to be left on permanently as a protector for your valuable front lens. It won't have any appreciable effect on photographs taken indoors etc. It is worth mentioning that the filter is through-threaded, so you can screw another filter or other lens accessory onto the front of it once it is mounted.

I bought one of these as an emergency back up for my Canon Ixus 70 before going to Glastonbury this year, thinking that worst case scenario I would get enough battery life to take a few pictures if the original battery gave up on me after a few days. I actually didn't need to use it on that occasion, but I have since and I can assure anyone who's wondering that it is just as good as the original battery packs Canon provides (and sells as replacements for £20). The battery achieves a full charge from empty in about 2 hours, and then lasts just as long as my original Canon (for me this is usually a matter of weeks, but obviously it depends on your usage so may be a longer or shorter length of time). I bought this to use with my Canon HF100 - I thought about getting the smaller 8Gb Ultra 3 card for extra performance however I am very pleased with the performance of this card. Picture quality is excellent, write speed has been up to scratch and I have bought another one as well. To be able to give a balanced review I am only using the card to shoot simple family video so I cannot comment how the card would perform in a high demand environment - needless to say I am happy with the card's performance and the price

Hate to state the obvious, but you really get what you pay for here. While I can recommend this item to people interested in a cheap travel clock, I cannot recommend it for anyone wishing to use it as a digital photo frame. It did not include any photo transferring software. After a thorough search of the internet I could not find the correct software for it to work, and the even manufacturer's page did not have the software (even though it had a page specifically for software / drivers). When plugged into my computer, windows was not able to identify what it was. So basically it's a glorified travel clock. I guess you get what you pay for.

My desktop's headphone slot was in such an awkward place, it meant that I was not able to watch video's on it comfortably with headphones on as I had to stretch my neck in order to avoid the headphones coming off. Therefore I had a look on Amazon and found this bad boy. Now I can watch videos and listen to music with headphones easily and comfortably.

Ive just started A level photography and decided to buy a good camera. Stright away I thought of Cannon as they have a good reputation. I brought the Cannon 450D. After about 5 days it was just not what I was looking for, the live view wasent amazing and the standard lens was not good enough for the price I paid. I decided to go for the Sony a350. WOW what a differance, the live view was fantastic. The standard lens was great and the 14MP made alot of differance when zoomed in. I bought a spare one of these for my 5D. It's rated at 1390 mAh and 7.4V. As it's an official Canon product it won't invalidate your warranty if that's a consideration. These battery packs give a very high number of shots and I feel confident with two of these fully charged I can shoot all day, review photos to my heart's content and use battery draining IS lenses without worry. In fact I've only had to change batteries on one occasion and by that time I'd had enough anyway! I think they are rated to give around 800 shots. Highly recommended.

Firstly rechargeable batteries loose their capacity over time & secondly when I go on holiday I dont want to take the charger with me which adds weight. With AA batteries you have the option of buying disposable batteries & just throw them away after using them thus saving you weight on holiday. The camera itself is very good. Size wise its not the slimmest but for the price its very good.
