So far, I've no complaints with the DVD/Video combo. It's pretty easy to use, and produces decent quality pictures on my 37" HDTV. It does take a painfully long time to change drive from video to DVD and vice-versa, but I can live with that, I guess. Anyway, does anyone know a multi-region hack for the DVD?? Thanks.

Ok. I've just purchased a new PC with a top of the range Creative labs sound card, the next order of business was a good pair of PC speakers. Having read the rave reviews on this site & others, I decided to go for the Soundsticks II. Well, the build quality is excellent, both the satellites & the bass unit have a really solid, quality feel about them & it looks great too. Setup is easy, just take a moment to examine the connections, they look a bit like an S-Video connection and if you're not careful it is possible to break the small pins inside. This is a really solid, well made bracket. I used it to hang my 32" Toshiba LCD TV, and it takes the weight with no problems. All of the fittings seem heavy duty, and good quality. It goes together nicely, you fit arms to the TV, attach a back plate to the wall, and then hang the tv, adding a locking arm. One person could do it fine as long as the TV isn't too heavy. The wall bracket also comes with an integrated spirt level, which makes things really easy. The tilt action is very handy, and makes the viewing angle very adjustable. A word of warning though, it's all in imperial (inches), not metic (mils), so I was slightly flumoxed to begin with. The cable arrived within 48 hours of ordering, and it worked fine straight out of the clear plastic bag it came in. Even allowing for the fairly hefty post and packing charge of £3.99, the total cost was just half of what I paid for a similar (though not gold-plated) SCART cable from my local electrical store. Based on my experience, I give this product five stars.

Wasn't sure about them as they were cheap but I bought them anyway, and was happy with the product. None of the seams have broken and they protect your CD/DVDs well with plenty of room inside. The plastic is thin but not too thin that the CD surface could get damaged in anyway. Will definatly buy again :)

Awesome TV with great features for the price. Picture looks great. Can confirm that its has 100hz and is like the LE40A656 but without the same bezel, only 3 HDMI, and lower contrast ratio. Probably due to being a Super Clear Panel as opposed to an Ultra Clear Panel that the 656 has which is more likely a different coating then panel. Avoid 37 inch Samsungs as they do not use Samsung Panels (Samsung doesnt make 37inch panels and so its likely to be AUO or other inferior panels). This is why you dont see 37 inch Sonys as they tend to use Samsung panels and other good quality panels as part of there collaboration. Overall go for a 40inch Samsung if you want good features and quality components. Therefore this is a great choice.

I bought this product to allow me to use my xbox through my pc speakers and monitor and its great! For 1p you'd think you cant go wrong! But do be advised that although the product is 1p, the p&p is about £5 - you may be able to get them cheaper from a local shop? I didnt look into it, cause im lazy and paid the price. in addition, i find the ports a little stiff so to speak, in agreement with another review, meaning you do have to give it a good push to get your jack in ;) At the end of the day though, it does what it says, and now i can switch between xbox and 360 with ease, as well as have sound playing at the same time for both. YAY!

It takes a bit of cheek to charge even three quid for this. Using it to connect my PC to my LCD monitor produces a picture with the worst ghosting I've ever seen. Jiggling the cable about, switching off nearby appliances, offering sacrifices to Greek gods, none help. The trouble is, every cable on the market seems to have at least one bad review attached to it, so it's hard to know which to buy. Whatever the answer, it isn't this.
