I purchased this as an upgrade to a very tired Epson R300. I needed a good quality photo printer which could also handle disc printing. My obvious choice was another Epson but after trawling the net I found very hit and miss reviews on similar priced ones (R285 for example). I decided to go for this one and can say I am VERY impressed. Its very easy to set up, smaller than my old printer, good looking and very quiet. Also the software appears nice and straight forward. The reason I am only giving 4 starts is because I have found if I am doing a batch of discs and burning whilst printing off another, if I take a few minutes in between printing the CD it appears to go into some sort of standby mode which then takes a bit longer ... thanks for telling me about avantage-online.co.uk i am new to this printer scam i got it a few months ago and this is the first time i had to replace the cartridges i was horrifed at the cost well i phoned them and got to talk to a realy nice guy that was able to advise me on the right cartridges to get they came today brillent could not praise them highly enought you dont have to get riped off with tiny cartridges the one they recomoned is 24ml's for 12 pounds

The lens seems high quality, when it works, but I have had problems using the camera because it cannot be "found" by my computer unless I unplug it and replug it in every time I switch the computer on. The computer is high spec, 1 year old, running Windows XP SP3 and has never caused any problems, so I assume the problem is in the camera software. Logitech are trying to sort it out, but this is like the bad old days of computing when you spent days sorting problems out whenever you bought a new piece of kit.

The Dell mouse that came with our PC became arthritic all too quickly. Single clicks kept turning into double clicks. Whatever we did, something stuck and we got an action we didn't want. I searched Amazon for 'USB mouse' and found this one. It's brilliant. The slim shape is fine for someone like me with thin fingers. It is ultra-responsive - indeed, I had to get used to how fast it moved! It is also equally good for left-handers such as myself. If I have one criticism, it is that when I installed the downloadable SetPoint software from Logitech's site, it automatically reset the buttons to right-handed (I had reversed them in Windows Control Panel). A good looking dinkey little product easy to use, except itunes is a bit fiddley when putting photos onto it. I got a very nice clear case free with a special deal iPod Nano Case - PG603 IceBox as to actually be able to see the nice colour without greesing and scratching it. There does seem to be a problem with it disconnecting when doing certain jobs such as putting photos on (every 5 or so pictures it will say diconnected and then carrys on) and when using my old charger for the mains (unable to charge at all). But this is most likey a faulty cable and it seems fine with putting audio on. I spent time checking that the cartridge would be suitable for my photosmart printer and found that the 350xl was a match for the C4200 series - unfortunately the product that arrived did not fit my printer. The code would benefit from a more detailed explanation in the description as to printer compatability. The 351xl that I ordered from cartridge king was a perfect fit. Not sure what went wrong in the ordering process from Indigo Starfish for the black cartridge but this has proved a costly mistake - as I did not realise it would not not fit until after opening the package.

This cable is perfect, for what I was looking for. A cheap, yet reliable branded name, that simply connected my PC to the printer. Have had no problems at all. Picked this up for such a bargain, I have NO complaints whatsoever; I would highly recommend this!
