I got this set along with the M34 USB Skype adapter. My main gripe is build quaility. The phones just feel cheap. The buttons a hard to press, so miss-keying is common. They are slow like old mobile phones. May of the features are not as good as they sound (sync'ing to outlook is more like a export and dump of phone numbers M34 + Skype is limited as you have to use very old version of sype software and M34 is not Vista friendly. When it does work, the software client is slow and cumbersome. Not like the skype you see on mobiles and pda's. The voice quality is quite good. I use mine on speaker most of the time. Only a problem if you are talking to someone on a mobile phone. ... Read More:

The product does not come with Vista related manuals or driver CDs - everything is for Win2K or XP. The phone will function properly, however will not register or receive any incoming calls. I have contacted Logitech, and they can confirm that there is no solution. This is a known, but un-documented issue. Therefore, if you have Vista and you use SkypeIn to receive incoming calls - then DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PHONE until a Logitech/Vista patch is released. The phone should work great with XP - quality seems good - hence the 3 star rating.
