This product is easy to use with the low magnification but there are design issues with the x400. The focus wheel is not smooth which makes it difficult to focus at x400, the only easy way is to to move the camera towards or away from the object. This would be a great product if the high magnification was reduced to x200, the focus mechanism made smoother (and also if the pixel resolution was 1024x768 or greater).

I've this eyepiece, i think that it works well but it's very expensive. Has a very small focus, 4mm, and i needed it for having nice sights of the planets on my telescope. Maybe you think that is better to buy a Barlow 2x, but this eyepiece is small and confortable, much better than spected, and don't have wrong colors libe the barlow. But maybe you can get another one cheaper.
