This is basically a re-edited version of the earlier book of Jennie Shapter with the same name. The book is now spiral bound, and the cover doubles as a stand, similar to desk calendars, so that the book can be placed upright in the kitchen. This is extremely handy, since it circumvents all the problems working with conventional books in the kitchen, e.g. flicking pages with dirty fingers, the page you want to see for whatever reason never stays open etc... I am not sure how this book compares to any of the other numerous books about bread machines, since I never used any other (except for the owner's manual that came with my bread machine).
