I have just bought a food processor and wanted a book that had lots of healthy recipes that I could make using my new tool. This book fulfills all my requirements. It is explicit and has pages of handy hints explaining exactly how best to make use of the processor. Some of the ingredients are measured in cups and this makes everything so simple. (Sets of cups can be bought very cheaply). All in all, I love it and will make full use of it.

I have had a bread machine for nearly 2 years and have struggled to find any recipes that are easy to follow and more importantly produce great results. This book is amazing. There is a wide range of breads and things with lovely illustrations and simple instructions. A must for anyone with a bread machine.

An absolutely great find. For somone who's not very confident with making dough or bread, having had all sorts of disastors when it comes to making cakes. This really is a fantastic book. It's given me a lot of confidence, with making my own dough, bread and cakes. If you stick with the measurements in the recipe the results are always consistantly good.

I bought this book as a person totally anti aga! I hated the things - who ever heard of grilling in the oven and using a metal shelf to cool the oven! After reading this book and mastering the basics which most aga cookbooks fail to give,I feel less afraid of the great big thing in my new kitchen and am ready to conquer it! Oh! and the recipes are easy to follow and tasty! What more can a beginner ask for and it is easy on the pocket to boot!

I received a rice cooker as a Christmas present last year but we only eat rice 2-3 times a week max so I decided to try this cookbook to see if we could utilise it a bit more. I haven't tried many of the recipes yet but the ones I have have been absolutely delicious! I especially recommend the old fashioned rice pudding recipe and the turkey and bean chilli, although I used chicken instead of turkey. I love rice pudding but can never be bothered to make it usually so was extremely happy to find that my rice cooker is capable of making it with minimal effort on my part.

A very easy to follow recipe book, which includes not only the basic loaves, but a whole range of very tasty breads and buns. It makes you want to reach for your flour and apron to start baking. It is surprising how clear and easy the recipes are to follow, it intices you to try more and more. Then of course there are the cakes! it is difficult not to start drooling over the pages when choosing which one to bake. There is such a diverse range of both breads and cakes to suit most occasions. The only drawback i can find is the lack of photographs to compliment the recipes. that would have been the icing on the cake so to speak. It is an invaluable tool for any aga owner, or indeed an owner of any range cooker whether it is a two or four door model ... Read More:
