Baby food in cans can be extremely expensive especially when they get a bit older. This book will teach you how to make baby food using everyday stuff that everyone eats. It will also get your child`s pallet accustomed to regular food so they will not be fussy eaters.

I've searched for good toddler cookbooks, and Coyle's is one of the best. I've substituted items and made great vegan Shephard's Pie, soups, and goodies. I've suggested this book to all of my friends who have toddlers. The dishes also work well as food for the entire family. Enjoy!

Food and Drink : Good Fast Family Food
This is simply the best family recipe book I have come across. Recipes are all easy and the ones I have tried have worked really well. It has been a great way to introduce kids to more complex tastes, including spices. There is a section on veggie meals, and variations which allow you to cater for a mixed veggie/carnivore family. Useful recipes for quick teas and lunchboxes. We love the pizza quiches (we make them in minature for picnics), chicken and peppers, and especially the apple sauce cake.

I find this book much better than anything Annabel Karmel has produced- it caters for a much broader range of ages and tastes, and is not nearly so patronising.

Enjoy!
