I found this DVD to be very useful. Its shows basic cake decorating skills which are essential. It has a 'home made' feel to the DVD which makes it very easy to understand and follow the presenter. For the price, its a great bargain!

I found this DVD to be very useful. Its shows basic cake decorating skills which are essential. It has a 'home made' feel to the DVD which makes it very easy to understand and follow the presenter. For the price, its a great bargain!

Top geezer, wicked, sorted. Whether you like him as a person or not, there is no denying that the boy can cook. This dvd is fantastic, all the recipes are simply and easy to make and has the good feature of "Select a dish" where you can access each recipe straight away. I have loved every series so far and hope there will be many more to come. Long live the naked chef!

I was very surprised at this DVD. I had some reservations about how good a chef, who's just got used to the TV camera, could be on the stage. Well, the answer is: fantastic. Jamie Oliver controls the laughter & applause well, has tremendous stage presence & uses plenty of audience participation to create a very entertaining show. This is one you will find yourself watching again & again. Well done Jamie!

I was very surprised at this DVD. I had some reservations about how good a chef, who's just got used to the TV camera, could be on the stage. Well, the answer is: fantastic. Jamie Oliver controls the laughter & applause well, has tremendous stage presence & uses plenty of audience participation to create a very entertaining show. This is one you will find yourself watching again & again. Well done Jamie!

A lot of people think there is no TV series for "How to Eat". But this is the DVD version of "How to Eat". This is an excellent DVD. It gives you a taste of how to make Italian food and also gives you background information about different regions of Italy. Obviously it won't teach you how to make all the Southern dishes, but it gives you an idea of how to make some of the popular ones. Though most of us do not have wood burning ovens we could still make these dishes. The Dvd is based on an American TV series, as the presenter does say on occasions "after this break we see how to make...." However the break is just a few seconds, in any case you can pause your dvd and make a cup of tea if you wish since viewing it for 2 hours would be long in anyone's books.
