Just got it today, VERY EASY TO USE. VERY LIGHT WEIGHT its around 5 kilograms but you dont need to hold on to it. Beautiful design of machine and package, (whom ever packs them must be a mensa genius, you will see why when you buy one). VERY SMALL dyson design, very cute, and space saving too. VERY USEFUL and tiny you could carry it in your school/college/kit/gym-bag. VERY HARD... VERY QUIET, unbelievably compared to the old models. Comes with a good range of attachments. MADE IN MALAYSIA. It needs VERY LITTLE STORAGE SPACE when not in use. So there is no need to hide it in a cupboard it really is a work of art, you could put it on DISPLAY AS A SCULPTURE. Read More:

Looked at all of the memory foam pillows offered on this site and decided to get this one, great price and buy one, get one free! When you first see the pillows, they look small compared to 'normal' pillows, but when you use it there is plenty of room to turn from side to side. Slept soundly from the first night, excellent neck support and very comfortable.

Nasal breathing has previously been a rarity - colds, hay fever or just blocked sinuses. But since I got the basic kit in the winter I've had few, if any, colds. And now with spring I'm still breathing easily. I don't use it daily, so the original 30 sachets have only just run out (I've order a replcement 10oz salt tub rather than sachets or diy). But when I do feel the sinuses under pressure, and get a little sniffly, a quick rinse through and I'm fine within an hour or two. Four stars as UK availability seems very limited and hence fairly high postage via Amazon marketplace.

I bought it for my father and used it only once before it breaks out. The watch simply can't receive the signal from the strap and the HR monitor is totally out of use..............

I have mixed views about the M10-IT. On the positive front, the machine is well made, has the facility to store 84 readings each for 2 users, and has PC connectivity - all excellent innovative features. There are quite a few negatives, however. As a result of the inflexible 'one size fits all' comfort cuff, the whole package is twice as large as a regular bp monitor pack, so definitely not a model you would choose for portability or traveling. I am also not impressed with the 'one-size fits all' cuff, which is very bulky and not easy to achieve a snug fit with if you have a slim arm, as mine is.
