I think i eat considerably healthy most of the time, my problem is I dont feel as though ive had a meal unless its of desperate dan size proportions! this pill has freaked me out as i have already had to throw away half a hotdog today half a baked potato friday and over half of my weekly saturday chinese!! whats happening to me? lol! only been taking them a week but i can already feel the difference dont know if its all in my head but who cares, their working for me! xoxox

Hi, Bought this on the recommendation of a friend who has one, as I've just started running, along with mountain biking and circuit training. Firstly, IGNORE THE COMMENTS ABOUT THE BATTERY NOT BEING REPLACEABLE. It was the first thing I looked at when I opened the box. There is a slot on the back of the heart rate sensor that you put a coin in, twist it open, and low and behold, the battery comes out. It also tells you in the instruction book how to do it, no wonder they were off hand when he rang up complaining about it. I received this step today and for the most part I am very pleased. The step itself is great, very sturdy and easy to adjust. You can use it at 3 different heights 6", 8" and 10". I would suggest that if you haven't excercised in a while or are new to stepping to use it at the lowest height. The only downside is the workout DVD that comes with it. Rubbish is an understatement. It is very poorly made and repeats several times at the beginning. The instructor is useless. She is just a head on a group of monitors. There is a god awful band that is there with the workout group and the music they play is just awful. It is the most uninspiring workout video/DVD i have ever had. I would suggest you invest in a better one and throw this one ... Read More:
