I think you'll find the movements available with this device work your upper back, and deltoid muscles. Think about the range of motion, and effort involved in benchpressing, or chest flye weights exercises, they are pretty much the opposite of the motions possible with this thing. It's a decent workout for your upper back and shoulders, but it won't do anything for your chest. Sorry folks, start benchpressing or something.

I was drawn to this item by the price and then noticed that the R330 model is only a few pence more. That is exactly the same but charges in under an hour rather than overnight. Very useful. I disagree with the review that says the build quality is not good. It is certainly up to the task and worth the money being asked. My concern is that it doesn't shave close enough. Anyone who has a strong growing beard will know that a rotary shaver (read Philishave) does the job much better than a foil type and I have always used the Philishave. My reason for getting this new Remington was that my Philishave is getting old now and I presumed the Remington would cut as close. However, it does not seem to, which is a bit worrying. ... These are fantastic, they are a pro spec hair clipper with a nice weight and power and a 3m cable. Don't buy the domestic ones most I have tried aren't very good. these cost a bit more but are built to be used day in day out by the professionals, they are the most popular selling pro spec clippers (see Wahl's website.) look after them they will last forever they will probably last 10-20 years if you don't.

Bought this scale in October 2007 and it worked perfectly until May 2008. For the first 6 months we were delighted with it. Hairline cracks appeared in the supplied bowl in April '08 and have got gradually bigger and bigger (bowl not dropped or abused in any way). We can still use it, but obviously not for liquids. You can use any other bowl, but the supplied bowl makes it easier to read the display as it's transparent ( a bowl or plate on the top of the weighing platform can cover the read-out). Since May the display has been difficult to re-set. Press the re-set button and it just displays four dashes. At first it would reset with one or two further presses on the button.
