This iron has the features I wanted and some I didn't know I wanted. My last iron was heavy and I liked it, not having to press down. The bottom of this one is coated to make it glide easily which was not true with earlier irons. The turbo steam is really fierce which I think is a good thing. The ultracord seemed like a gimmick, but isn't - the cord doesn't bang my wrist and if I didn't like it, I wouldn't have to use it. The iron heats quickly, the cord is extra long, it's easy to fill and the base is very steady. I can't fault it.

I bought this iron about six months ago and it has worked perfectly since day one. The range of steam settings offers good incremental positions and the no steam setting can be selected with one small movement of the slide. The shape of the face plate seems to suit my shirt size(16)and I think my shirts have never looked better. I iron my shirts box flat when travelling for business or when I have limited space and a work colleague has now asked me three times if my shirt was new! The water reservoir is a bit small and does need refilling fairly frequently otherwise I would have given this 5 stars.

The iron itself is much lighter than a conventional iron as the water and heating elements are elseware so it's much easier on the wrists. 2. I bought this gadget after the reviews. sincerely its a good thing. its small and compact suitable for travelers. its got a voltage selector that even if u travel to countries that use 120V u still be able to use it by changing the voltage selector from 220V to 120V.i think its cheap and i recommend those who travel frequently to buy it.
