this was so quick to construct! it is a real bargain and is just what i needed for the attic room as we cannot get a wardrobe up the stairs.i have hung those rails you get for radiators from the halfway bars to create even more storage space for ties etc. PLUS i can move it around on the castors to clean under it!

I've been looking for a drying & ironing solution like this for YEARS! Nothing has come close - other than an Edwardian airer over the bath, but that's not portable!!!!!!!!! Can't say anything negative. It does what it says on the tin - perfectly. Would make a great housewarming/wedding present. Don't hesitate, buy today. I can't believe Argos don't stock this but of course now we've got Amazon that's all that matters.

Well-constructed and offers more than enough space for hanging lots of clothes, but I think it's a bit over-priced for what it is.

The wood could be described as offcuts - very knotty and varying in quality between hangers. For a cheap replacement to my odd collection of coat hangers they are great. However anyone expecting a quality set of hangers should really be looking at higher priced sets and will be a little disappointed with these.

The wood could be described as offcuts - very knotty and varying in quality between hangers. For a cheap replacement to my odd collection of coat hangers they are great. However anyone expecting a quality set of hangers should really be looking at higher priced sets and will be a little disappointed with these.

Unlike the other reviwer, my product did indeed look like the photo on Amazon, and I found it to be all of what was promised. It may not be the most sturdy piece of equipment, but folds down OK (sometimes this can be a problem, and it traps fingers). However, it is also cumbersome and heavy, and if you need to move it at all a plastic one may be a better option. The unfolding plastic bars at the top are useful for shirts etc. All in all, this is an OK bit of kit if you need to dry things in a confined space, but it is cumbersome and heavy (as well as slightly dangerous), so look around a bit before buying.

Having broken our old airer i got straight on looking for a replacement. I should have looked further... The airer feels cheap and fragile, it's plastic components don't extend smoothly so it's a bit of a battle to get up. We're only a three person family and it goes nowhere near being big enough for more than your 'smalls' really. The heated bars aren't a bad idea but only effectively dry where they touch the fabric so why not hang on a radiator? This airer is fine as a supplementary to your main clothes dryer but i'm disappointed in it.
