I am writing this review because I love the Tefal Quick Cup and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone. Both my husband and I use it on a regular basis and after 5 weeks we're still using the original cartridge which I think is excellent. As for energy saving then it remains to be seen if our electric bills go down, but at the same time as buying this kettle we did change all our light bulbs to energy saving ones, but in this climate I guess every little helps. The only downside of the Tefal Quick Cup is how noisy it is, but since its only for a few seconds per cup its easy to put up with. I can understand the frustration of some reviewers - I guess I've just got lucky on two occasions.....12 for 9 certainly works out a lot cheaper. KEEP CHECKING REGULARLY ON AMAZON - BUT BE WARNED, THEY DO SELL OUT QUICKLY AND THERE'S NOWHERE I'VE FOUND CHEAPER.

Buying this mega pack of filters will save you a bit of money and with free supersaver shipping this is a better deal than I found anywhere else online. the best thing is the convenience of having the filters on hand.

Hi, can't understand all the complaints from the other reviews on this product. I think its fab. I get up at 4.30am every morning and it makes me a perfect cup of tea every time. No hassle and no complaints :-)

I got two boxes of these Kenwood filters to use with my Brita kettle, and although they fit into the filter slot they are noticeably slower than the Brita branded cartridges. If you compare the slots around the filter, the Brita ones have many more and will obviously let more water through in the same time. The Kenwood cartridges only have about 8 slots all the way round! Most filter jugs have sloped sides to keep the water level above the wider top openings for as long as possible, however my kettle has quite a flat pre-filter reservoir, so with only one or two cups worth of water it takes a while before you're ready to go (it's not always convenient to fill the kettle in advance) I'll be switching back to ... The water where I am (North Yorkshire) isn't too bad, but whereas many regions in this part of the country have superb (soft) water, my area isn't quite so blessed. I dont drink the tap water, just because of a slight taste and the many bits flying around in the glass when the tap water is poured. Also that slight "film" on the top of cups of tea & coffee is slightly off putting. I have just received this product today, and couldn't be happier. Straight away you can see the glass of water you are drinking is clean and pure, and the taste definitely validates this further. As it was the morning I made my coffee using the filtered water, and immediately knew I had made the right choice. The drink is definitely more ... Read More:

I love my filter jug but do not want the hassle of constantly needing to buy replacement filters. With each Aqua Optima Double Life filter lasting for 60 days - the 6 pack actually gives me filtered water for 1 year. i do not need to think about replacement filters again for a very long time
