Having just moved into a small flat in a group dwelling I needed a small washing machine that did not need plumbing in as this cannot be done in my particular flat. Found this product on the amazon website and after careful consideration decided to buy. This is an excellent machine and holds more than I expected it would. Easy to use and fairly quiet in operation. Excellent service in ordering and delivery - arrived very quickly indeed. I have no hesitation in recommending this product to anyone who needs something small and efficient. Very suitable in small flats with limited space where bigger machine will not fit.

Now I have to be honest, we actually ordered a cheaper Zanussi tumble drier and following some problems were 'upgraded' to this drier. I'm so glad that happened - it is fantastic! The sensor is extremely accurate and the machine beeps when your washing is ready. It continues to beep every few minutes to remind you. There is a different type of beep for when the water and filter need changing. The drum is very big and a large load of washing easily fits in. The programmes are easy to use with lots of options for different types of laundry. Had this for twelve months now. It is used at least twice a week & is still going strong. No problems with either the machine or the company is was ordered from (Empiredirect). Once again Amazon had it at the right price & the service has been excellent.

This is a great machine. The timer makes life easy. No more standing by the machine to turn it off. High spin speed means clothes and towels come out considerably dryer than they went in. It is very light weight, made mostly of plastic, so no rusting problems. The only problem for me is the gravity drain. It means finding a quite shallow container for the water to drain into. Next time I will opt for a pump.

If you want a machine that does the washing without any of the other unnecessary gimicks (ie countdown timer, time delay etc) then this is the machine for you. Its superb washing performance is much better than my previous machine, it is relatively quiet and very steady even when spinning an unbalanced load. There are no analogue dials to go wrong with this washer, you just turn the selector to the programme you want and the electronics take over the rest. There are warning lights to tell you to clean the filter or when to call the engineer out, it has all thne usual programmes plus a few extras: handwash, quick wash, rinse and spin only.
