Bought one of these when the previous one wore out and needed a new cover asap. Had it for a couple of months and have just ditched it. Bad points: * It's so big that it fits over the whole board including the asbestos bit where you rest the iron. Thus if you lay the iron down flat for more than a few seconds, you burn the cover * The elastic is too loose for our very standard size board meaning that you can pull it off too easily when ironing large objects * Non slip means it's a pain to iron large objects because they stick to it and have to be lifed and then re-laid on it carefully to prevent wrinkles or you pull the cover off (see above) which slows the whole ironing job down (AAAAARGH) * The "bright, ... Great iron board cover, many thanks. It wasn't particulary thick like I imagined, but I covered it with my old iron board cover so it feels very thick now and has a very stable surface when I iron, and it has made ironing so much easier!

Great iron board cover, many thanks. It wasn't particulary thick like I imagined, but I covered it with my old iron board cover so it feels very thick now and has a very stable surface when I iron, and it has made ironing so much easier!

I finally bought this product after a long search through, who knew there were so many ironing board covers. Was very disappointed wit the pattern on the cover, not the nice gentle stars and moons in the picture but a black and white lines design which can bring on a headache if you have too much ironing to do. It also moved with the shirt making it a struggle to get a good finish on your clothes. Didn't feel it was value or money as I have ended up getting another one from a supermarket for half the price, i wish i had done that in the first place.
