I have had a George Foreman before, but cleaning it could be a bit of a hassle until I got this one. It is very easy to use and extremely easy to clean. It is a great price for this model and overall I love it!

Every review for this product tells you it's big, but not HOW big, search on-line and somewhere you might actually find the dimensions, but when you're listening to the people on this site you'll be thinking, maybe they're exaggerating....THEY'RE NOT. You might even be thinking, 'How big could it be?', it's BIG. But even if you do know the dimensions it's not a simple case of ensuring you have enough space to contain the grill, when you have the grill closed, the handle overhangs the bottom of the grill by 12cm, and when you open it, the lid overhangs the back by an extra 4cm, so if you don't want the handle poking out over the edge of any worksurfaces and you want the lid to open onobstructed you'll need more space. I have just bought this and am very pleased with it. The only criticism is that it does not have a recipe or instruction book with it. However, I got a recipe from the web and went ahead. On my first try I didn't oil the plates enough and put too much mixture in the machine, but after this I got it right and have enjoyed great fluffy waffles. Would recommend it.

Posh sandwiches! I've used all sorts of bread -From very thick Ciabatta to very thin pitta -all fantastic. Takes very little time to heat up. A few minutes to cook. If you mke a mess with the cheese DON'T WORRY!! as soon as it cools it just easily wipes off! Unfortunately the plug doesn't stow away easily BUT the sandwiches ARE great!

Can't really complain for the money. Suppose it does what it says on the tin! A lot better made than similarly priced toasters that I've inspected at supermarkets etc. I was particularly concerned about the clasp that holds it closed as that's what broke on my last sandwich toaster. This one seems pretty good with two levels of grip for thicker or thinner bread/fillings. Seems well made, good quality and durable, although shiny plastic and brushed chrome, while good looking, might not be the best to clean when daubed with melted cheese and grease! Normally I tend to confine my reviews to items of the literary kind, but as I can't really be bothered with another book review at the moment (and because I bought this grill from Amazon recently) I thought I'd turn my critical eye on the Big George. This is my first real experience with health grills, and overall I'd have to say I'm quite impressed. The grilling area heats up quickly and is big enough to fit plenty of burgers on, making it a handy backup if you've invited all your friends over for a BBQ but the weather isn't cooperating. The unit feels solid and durable, though the temperature control seems unusually delicate, as if it doesn't really do anything. I can only echo the praise of the other reviewers for this product. You can buy cheap toastie makers in most supermarkets now for under £5, so yes this is expensive but it is worth every penny. Whether you're toasting thick slices of bread, making paninis or toasted sandwiches, or even cooking bacon or sausages, this little gem does them to perfection. It heats up in no time, and is easy to clean. I really can't recommend this product highly enough.

Wow! What can I say? This does what it says on the box...superb restaurant quality pizza at home. I love pizza and have eaten at all of the usual major chain restaurants and I must say, the results you get from this equal if not better the very best of the chains'/other eateries. I use the Panasonic bread machine to make the dough (which is fab by the way!) and use whatever I can find in the fridge/freezer to make the most delicious pizzas you could every wish to make. All this at home! I will be getting all my family one of these for Christmas this year; they - like me - will wonder how they ever existed on fresh/frozen supermaket pizzas when you can get superb 'restaurant quality' results from this device. 5 stars - a superb product, thanks Amazon!
