This chocolate is absolutely delicious. But, the reason I bought this specific chocolate was so it could be melted quickly and easily. It didn't. It doesn't microwave very well at all, we ended up putting the half melted chocolate into the bottom of the fountain to warm and melt thoroughly in there instead.

This is a great little machine, very easy to use and froths things up a treat. It comes with the batteries required so you can get frothing right away. I mainly use it for Latte's & Hot Chocolate drinks and it is great for those - really useful tip is to insert the aerolatte into the liquid before turning it on !! (saves on laundry bills that way!) and also to remember that the frothing needs space to happen - so don't overfill your cup before starting to froth or you will just get lots of milk on your counter-top :) The hard case that comes with this model is a really good idea, it makes storage really easy and you don't have to worry about the aerolatte being crushed in a drawer or cupboard. happy ... I gave this as a present to my parents with great expectations. Unfortunately it is a let down. It doesn't melt the chocolate - that has to be done in a pan - and it wastes so much afterwards in cleaning it - even after saving the excess in a bowl. You need too much chocolate to make it work so you can't just put in less or it won't cascade. We were very disappointed with it and will revert to the fondue set instead which melts the chocolate and doesn't need or waste so much.

After reading all the negative points the Brugo mugs got, and reading a recommendation to look at the OXO Liquiseal range, I did so and decided to purchase the OXO instead (for less cost!) If you simply want a mug (and let's face it, it's a MUG) that: doesn't leak where ever it's put - at all; is easy to drink from; keeps hot drinks hot; is easy to clean; then the OXO is your mug - it behaves like a sippable flask. Not sold in many places in the UK, but you can easily find a distributer on the web - it's does what it says on the box, simply and effectively. Bonus is that it looks pretty good too, and easily fits into a car holder.
