As per previous reviews... I will say same that this is a good way of showing your pictures (small pictures). Quality is just OK for this price range. Don't expect much in quality. No ticking noise. One thing missing... is Seconds indicator. Will be much better if they implement it in future... Thanks

This product was unable to fully cook the ingredients of a meal, even after many hours on the high setting. Perhaps it was just this particular unit that was defective, but I will search around for a different model. The Amazon.com returns policy, however, is user friendly and they have provided a full refund.

I feel a little misled. Copper coated does not mean solid copper does it? The saucepan has copper coloured paint that's not even even. I should have known better, but I can't resist a bargain. Its just about worth £29 not any more. If they last a year I'll be happy. Big pot discoloured on its first outing and I was careful not to apply too much heat. O well they look nice and shiny on top of the cupboard. I've not moaned to Amazon before. But there is always a first time for everything.

I've been using slow cookers for about 25 years. I got the 48715 last Christmas (2007) and it's been serving this family of four at least once a week since. Like any other kitchen appliance, some common sense in its use will avoid any of the negatives I've read here. A slow cooker is not a 'set-it-and-forget-it' device, and they're not marketed as such. Admittedly the 48715 runs hotter than one might expect, but that's true of most modern slow cookers. In fact the one niggle I have with it is the number of times I've inadvertently touched the hot metal base, but that's me being clumsy. There's a warning printed on the front, 'Hot metal surfaces do not touch.' And even at the age of fifty-something, I can still burn toast occasionally. ... Read More:

I bought this machine for looks and the drop down paddle ( had a breadmaster that made wonderful bread but was getting a new kitchen and so I wanted all my gadgets in stainless steel ( put my breadmaster in the loft n kissed it apologetically). The MR breadmaker boasted a drop down paddle( which never really worked ) 16mths later ( still under guarantee) it stopped kneading and all the recipes I,ve used before were disasters tried once more and it refused to work at all, discovered that tho still under guarantee it would cost me a £15.00 to send back to Morphy Richards and then the guarantee would be from first purchase. So I consigned the rubbish guarantee and their rubbish bread maker to the local tip and got my breadmaster back down from the loft and cleaned ... Read More:

Difficult to imagine how inefficient my other vacuum cleaners were until I powered up this "beast"! The upright and the "wand" (the cylinder-like hose attachment) both removed quite dramatic amounts of dirt, dust, fluff and detritus from what I had imagined was a clean carpet. I'm sitting staring in disbelief at the amount of stuff in the bagless dirt/rubbish container. I recommend this machine.

I bought this about 6 months ago and have found it to be quite good, until a few days ago, when I discovered that it could make the PERFECT froth. A lot of people recommend that you warm the milk for a while in the microwave and then froth. But to make this work so as to form milk that is as thick as beaten egg whites, do the following: 1: Use semi-skimmed milk straight from the fridge. 2: Beat the milk vigorously, making sure that you pump only in the bottom 2 inches of the milk (if you come out of the milk with each stroke, it doesn't work). 3: Keep pumping until it starts to get thick (if you are vigorous, this will take about 30 seconds). 4: Pop it into the microwave at full power (800 watts in my case) for 50 seconds. Looked smart & reliable, worked great, a lovely birthday present. My first ever coffee grinder and it gave me a taste for the real thing so the coffee must have been fine - but it broke down 3 months in! I didn't use it more than once or twice a week, it certainly wasn't overwork. Now have to buy another, so I guess it did some manufacturer some good by getting me hooked, but I'll never buy wahl again.

Having purchased this item from the strength of previous reviews, I was disappointed to find that the ricer does not come with any extra attachments/inserts. I even sent it back and amazon sent a replacement but this also did not come with any attachments/inserts. As a recent reviewer has stated, there is no mention of any accessories in the product description therefore I also assume that the product specification has changed. On a positive note - it makes excellent mash !!
