I can understand the frustration of some reviewers - I guess I've just got lucky on two occasions.....12 for 9 certainly works out a lot cheaper. KEEP CHECKING REGULARLY ON AMAZON - BUT BE WARNED, THEY DO SELL OUT QUICKLY AND THERE'S NOWHERE I'VE FOUND CHEAPER.

i love this thing. it does splutter a little but tefal will send a modification to stop this. all boiling water will splutter. good product.

Always having to stand in the same position without daring to move so your eyes are in line with the dial, NO MORE do I have to do this. A revolation for me, add your ingredients accurately, press zero and add some more, so quick and easy. You can use any bowl/instrument to add your ingredients too. I love the design also, they just fit into any space/drawer. They feel sturdy and I definitely recommend if you are sick and tired of adjusting your eyes with a dial on manual scales, buy these. My cakes have never tasted as good!!!! Like cakes and not biscuits!!!!

I've just ordered my second Senseo machine, as the first, although making good coffee, leaked after only a few months! I had read that this could happen in various reviews. Also I am finding that it doesn't put the correct measure into the cup/mug, ie when you press the button for a mug/2 cups, you are only getting a single measure! Then when it decides to, it often fills the mug to the top!!!!! Saying that, it IS a good value coffee machine. I just hope my second one performs a bit better!

Important things you should know about this product: 1. It doesn't deliver boiling hot water. 2. It is a bit awkward to fill. 3. Its a bit noisy However... Fill you mug with hot water to warm your mug, then throw it away and fill it again for your coffee/tea and you'll get a nice hot drink - the cold mug cools the drink too much, and since you can fill your mug with hot water in about 15 seconds, why worry. My old hand cranked tin opener had seen better days and was slipping on cans and becoming rusty so it was time to get a new one. I stumbled across this item while searching Amazon and remembered seeing these things on TV. Now most of these things you see on shopping TV dont seem to live up to expectations but the reviews on Amazon gave me the confidence to purchase and I am glad I did. The unit is so easy to operate it needs two instructions. Plop it on top of the can, push the button. Thats it, can opened lift the thing off even takes the can lid with it plop the lid in the bin, put the opener away, easy peasy. I've used slightly cheaper supermarket brand bin liners for my Brabantia 50 litre bin but they are of far poorer quality. I've also bought the Brabantia bin liners from supermarkets - although they can be a bit hard to find and are expensive. This 30 bag pack is excellent value and fit the bin perfectly. They will not rip when you empty the bin and have a bag tie that both holds the bag firmly in the bin at the top and seal the bag when you empty the bin. If you've got a Brabantia 50 litre bin buy these. You won't find a better price or quality.

Im the kind of person that likes to push a button and the machine will do all the work, and this is probably the only machine that comes close to my lazy dreams! However you do have to use their coffee pod refill things, which arent that cheap. The cappuccino, latte are probably the best. However i cant find one which is strong but has an acceptable taste, something like a strong cappuccino. Most of them are coffee but mild. I do recommend it, but i for me i think its cheaper to use the coffee machines in the offices/universities, which have similiar tastes but stronger if you want to do late night work etc.
