I resisted getting one of these Foreman grills as I thought they were just a gimmick but seeing the reviews for this one and the removable plates I resisted no longer - and I'm so glad to get this one. The removable plates really are wonderful and nothing could be easier to clean especially in a dishwasher. Food cooks beautifully - especially really thick burgers - and we will use this instead of the barbecue in future. Chicken breasts, bacon etc etc cook really well all the way though without over scorching the surface and really quickly too. We're going to try pork on it tomorrow. When shopping I now look for food I can cook in it as it's such a joy to use!

We only have a roof terrace so struggled to dry clothes without using the tumble dryer which isn't ideal. The wall mounted dryer is a genius design and is probably the best household purchase we've made in a long time. Its a good, robust design and provides enough drying space for a full load. If you're struggling for outside space for drying clothes then I would highly recommend. It isn't cheap but its worth every penny.

i love this thing. it does splutter a little but tefal will send a modification to stop this. all boiling water will splutter. good product.

First set arrived and there was one faulty light with it. Second replacement arrived and the same fault was present Sent it back for a refund Cant recommend this item and would give it no stars if this was possible

I had read a lot of reviews about the Actifry, I have a family of 4 and many of the reviews I had read seemed to say that it was suitable for 2 to 3 people. I went ahead and purchased one, hoping that the capacity would be enough. I have owned this for 2 weeks now and I am pleased to say I am very happy with it. The maximum quantity of chips it cooks was just enough for 4 people (not huge portions, but enough)and being able to use Olive oil is great - one tablespoon REALLY is enough. I have not owned a deep fat fryer for years, I have instead been using oven chips up until now. The results were wonderful, good home cooked chips. As an arthritic sufferer I have many problems keeping my house clean. Thank goodness I purchased the Dyson DC24. It is so easy to use. No strain or pressures on my body anywhere whilst operating. Amazed at how dirty my house was - two almost full containers of dirt and dust removed in two days! Makes me feel ashamed - but now I feel clean. Thank you.

I must admit to being dubious about this kettle before I bought it as I couldn't see how I could get my lovley cup of coffee in 3 seconds. But it's true, I can. It's also true that it does make abit of a racket when dispensing the water, but after a few seconds it's all done. Positives: The reason I like this product and say that it certainly has its place, is because I work from home alot and when I feel the need for a quick cuppa and I am in the middle of something I don't have to stand around waiting for a kettle to boil - I'm downstairs and back up to my office again within one minute which is perfect. These make a huge difference to the taste of your water. I use the filtered water for my ice cubes and i use it to fill my kettle. The difference the filtered water makes to a nice cup of tea is quite amazing.

Purchased this and the RadioShack pillow speaker. Not much to choose between them on sound quality. However, the RadioShack speaker is half the price, you can keep your favourite pillow (undoubtedly more comfortable), and it is definitely less likely to be heard by your sleeping partner.

This arrived today and I couldn't resist having a go at making some pasta straight away. It was gloriously user friendly, the only problem I had was with finding a suitable place to clamp the machine on in my kitchen as it requires a pretty thick table/counter overhang to attach to. My daughters loved turning the handle and handling the pasta, and took particular delight in watching the unusual shaped pasta shapes emerge from the gnocchi attachment (ingenious design, incredibly simple and effective). I can see that this will give us years of good service and family participation in meal preparation.
