Fantastic item, when it first arrived I thought it was a bit over rated, then I gradually overcame my fear and started to use it more and more, now it is a piece of kitchen gadget that is never out of my hand, so versatile. Would not be without now, I am even buying one for my daughter for a CHRISTMAS PRESENT.

Was given this as a present and thought "What's a Bain Marie?", but after having used it for several months i wouldn't be without it. Basically, it's like putting a bowl over a Saucepan of boiling water to melt your chocolate etc, but this is so much less hassle because it's an all in one unit, so takes up less storage space in the cupboard. I'm a confirmed chocoholic so it's been brilliant for when i need melted chocolate for Flapjacks etc or just dipping marsh mallows in!!

I was searching for a good frying pan and this one looked great. Certainly fits into my kitchen. It is thick and holds the heat very well for great frying. My gripe is that the non-stick is so sensitive even bones gouge it. I have no metal utensils and handwash this, but it still scratches after even 1 use. Not so practical.
