bought this as a cheaper alternative to one on high street. it takes about 5mins to warm up. i sit there as recommended for 20-30 min, although i get very bored! it doesnt make no difference really to my skin- this could be because my skin is rather tough and doesnt tan so easily (though im not sensitvie skinned or burn anything). i suppose its good as a top up between going to salon.

Was a bit dubious as to whether this would be any different to the numerous of similar products on the market that nearly always end up being discarded as the recipients shun them in the same way that they tend to do with most 'pet toys'. This one however has proven to be a total success. I bought it for my elderly cat who has taken to it completely and now only seems to get up from it when food is available. Our other 1 yr old cat has decided to join the older one and now sleeps with him on the same mat - something that has never happened before! The cover is easily removable for cleaning and I cannot find anything to fault this product. It is a third of the price of the nearest equivalent that I can find and would recommend it ...
