Genki Kun Toe Stretcher for Yoga exercises, and relief of Bunions, Hammer Toes (Shoe Size Medium 5 - 8.5) I was very happy with the next day delivery and for the first trial used them in the bath for about 10 mins.I was really happy that I could get them on as they looked very wide and I have a slight bunion on one foot, but it wasn't a problem at all.I now use them while watching tv and leave them on for about an hour at a time.It's quite relaxing and I'm very impressed with them so far.I can see and feel a difference with my toes and I'm glad I purchased them.

Have just bought a pair of these and worn them for 2 days. My feet have been in really bad shape - fallen arches, metatarsal pain, etc. Although these feel really weird and are not easy to put on, even in 2 days I have experienced enormous improvement - pain reduction and feet that actually work. Probably best to get used to them in short bursts of 10 minutes, as per the instructions that come with it. The little straps to hold them on (available separately on Amazon) are worth getting to hold them on if you are going to walk in them or sleep in them. If you have arch problems, they are worth investing in.
