Read the review from S Ramsey and purchased the scales. Very good-looking and offered measurements in lbs, grams and mls (for liquids)Started to use them for the first time today, and needed 600 grams of flour. When I'd emptied a kilo fo flour into the receptacle, I guessed something was wrong. Got a fresh kilo of flour and found that it weighed 435 grams according to the scales. I then took the bag to a neighbours and tried it on their scales, 1002 grams!! Total waste of time. In any case, you need a thin screwdriver or similar implement every time you want to change from Imperial to metric measures, that's to move the small switch underneath.
