I am 7 months pregnant and this fan has saved my sanity - its very quiet and takes up minimal space on the desk. It can even be angled to direct the airflow and on low speed is perfect for keeping me cool but not blasting all the paper off my desk. Would recommend this purchase to those who get hot at work - and pregnant ladies!!

This is a great product. I live in an old building with high ceilings and even on the lowest setting it keeps the air shifting - and it's quiet enough to keep on overnight. I just cannot imagine a quieter fan. I bought another 16-incher made by another outfit and it's so loud I got a headache after 45 minutes ... this one is so much quieter, maybe as only three 'fat' blades rather than four slim ones.

I would highly recommend this for students or people living on their own, it is very compact and may even be good for caravaners? It's very light and easy to move and seems sturdy. I've been using it for a week now, cooking a dinner on it every night, and have been very impressed. It has 4 tubular elements, 2 at the top and 2 at the bottom. It comes with a tray, rack and a crumb tray for spills. All of which are useful! This oven is really easy to use, heats up quickly and holds its heat. Only thing i find a little annoying is the hot plates are just that, they are turned on and off with single switches, they are not temperature controlled, however, saying this they are more than powerful enough to cook pasta etc. ...
