Bought one of these when the previous one wore out and needed a new cover asap. Had it for a couple of months and have just ditched it. Bad points: * It's so big that it fits over the whole board including the asbestos bit where you rest the iron. Thus if you lay the iron down flat for more than a few seconds, you burn the cover * The elastic is too loose for our very standard size board meaning that you can pull it off too easily when ironing large objects * Non slip means it's a pain to iron large objects because they stick to it and have to be lifed and then re-laid on it carefully to prevent wrinkles or you pull the cover off (see above) which slows the whole ironing job down (AAAAARGH) * The "bright, ... I bought these over six years ago,using practically every day both at stove top and oven. I would recommend these gloves for cooks of all ages. They are still in great condition even after numerous machine washing. TIP. Do not use softner as it separates the fibres of the gloves and allows heat to penetrate.

These take seconds to apply to any bunch of spaghetti impersonating cables once you have studied the picture for a short while. I would only buy the longer size as: 1) That offsets the postage & packing and 2) You always need more than you think you will!

Don't bother! The 'chipper' gives you the skinniest potatoes you've ever seen and the regular slicer is just almost impossible to get anything through. Using the guard makes it really difficult to manouvre and if you don't use it, this demonic machine chops off the end of your thumb. Ok not quite but it took a pretty freakin big chunk out and also half my finger nail. This piece of equipment shall henceforth be referred to as lucifer.

Having had some building work done, We have had quite a lot of dust in the house, And i am pleased to say that the Globe worked a treat. Having asthma clean air is important to me and after a few hours you could see in the bowl all the debris the globe had pulled out of the air. The 2 included scents also made my room smell very fresh so on the whole very pleased with it. Couple of negative points though, I was hoping to have this running through the night, but it is just to noisy hence 4 stars, I can actually hear it over my Computer that has 5 fans running at around 1500 rpm. The other point is the illuminated bowl, I would prefer to have it switched off by default, As you have to go through all the settings to get it to ... Read More:
