I was a bit nervous at the price, but in the end very pleased I got them. A great selection of knives with good balance in the hand. I've had them a year now, and no problems with the dishwasher or hand washing for me.

This item does make very good spaghetti with a round cross-section rather than the rectangular one that the cutters that come with the SP150 (Imperia Italian Double Cutter Pasta Machine SP150) makes. However, you need to make the dough as stiff as you can - if it's slightly sticky or too elastic, the strands stick together. It took some trial & error with the recipe & a bit of practice with rolling out a stiff dough but I am now making great spaghetti. By the way, you need to roll out the dough to No. 3 on your SP150 (any thinner and you won't fill the grooves in the cutter).
