Okay but if you are left handed I would suggest looking elsewhere, as the ignition button is placed in a way that makes it difficult to use this left-handed. It would have been so simple for the designer to have placed it either at the front or back so that it could have been used with either hand.

I don't know why there is so much negative comment about this item. It is perfect for anyone who wants to crush an arm. I expect it could also crush legs and other anatomical parts if properly applied.

This is a great product, versatile and very solidly made. Previous comments about the instructions are fair, in that they could have been much more helpful, especially in giving guidance on blade selection and how to deal with different types and sizes of things like the carrot example. Which by the by the way, is best to be done by hand i.e. not use the slider/ holder, and then either finish the stubbs by hand or eat them (Chef's bonus). Whether you use the slider or not there will always be a small bit that does not/ cannot be cut! So I was looking at cookie makers because I am bored and have time, the other two on the site use batteries. One got slated in the reviews, the other was pretty good, this one had no reviews. Now I don't really like battery powered goods... and this one seemed pretty functional. Doubles as an icing gun which you can buy for a lot cheaper anyway. But given the gadget status my expectations weren't high - it's a novelty item for bored people. Perfect. I keep brief know, no! Its a very nice product, how much? I like these because they mind me of the candle stick, no. I like the egg very much too. This be a good product as well, because it combine the two product, i like too, no. I also like the bacon and the toast as well but no candle style holder for them, no. i very disappionted in you! This cake slice is FAB I bought one for my daughter's 3rd birthday and the kids loved it. I then used it at my father's 70th this summer, and what do you know? several friends loved it so much that my christmas present list is dead easy this year - musical cake slices all round! The only drawback is that it plays happy birthday a bit too fast near the end - but who cares - it's still a giggle! As for anyone who thinks it is "hateful" - I'm surprised that a cake slice can elicit that much negative emotion... thumbs up to the creators!
