This little machine (that's what I like about it - it's small and doesn't take up half of the kitchen) does a brilliant job and, if you use it correctly according to the instructions (which some of the 2* reviewers clearly haven't done), it produces consistant grinds and consistant amounts of coffee every time. I keep it next to my Krups coffee maker which is styled in the same way and it looks very attractive. It's a bit loud but then coffee grinders always are. I love it!

Bought this mainly for its looks and because I liked the Kettle (wanted a matching pair). A mistake. I should have listened to a review I read that highlighted its fundamental flaw of browning one side more than the other - thought this may be a one off. Now have to toast everthing twice to brown both sides. Annoying to say the least.

Best toaster I have ever owned. Cooks the most perfect cheese on toast in under 3 minutes. Very quick to heat up and gets red hot (literally the top element glows red after a min or so). The clicking noises it makes are as follows: Clicks to let you know you have turned the power on or off. Clicks to let you know when you hit the power button on or off. Clicks when you turn the timer switch. Important that it does make these noises as it gets so hot so quickly you must be very careful not to burn yourself.

Bought this fryer recently as fed up of spending far too much of my life waiting for things to cook in our passed its best oven. This fryer is great and we have had perfectly cooked chips every time and would definately recommend this product. Only slight drawback is that the viewing window doesn't do it for us and I keep have to lift the lid to see if my chips are yet cooked to perfection. But otherwise a fabulous buy!

I've had Tefal steamers for many years, and a big fan - but not of this steamer. My thoughts are: basket 1 does not fit quickly and well onto the base and it requires a "click" to fix into position, the baskets (in comparison to my previous machines) are made of a lesser quality plastic and with the "click" action required, could break easily. As there is no outside refill system, this creates a problem when the food is cooking and the machine is steaming and very hot, and trying to balance the baskets on the drip tray whilst filling the water reserve is dangerous. Then you again had to try and locate the "click" from basket to base. The machine is also much slower than my previous machines - they had the booster buttons. My recommendation ... Read More:

I cannot emphasise enough how disappointed I was by this product. I bought three machines from two retailers, and each time it didn't work properly: the water didn't go through; the machine leaked; it was far too noisy; it burnt the coffee grains. It is not that I couldn't use the machines properly - both companies accepted returns, and one retailer tested and and agreed the machine was broken - it is simply the case that the machine is of particularly poor quality. I'll never buy Krups again.
