Received my item yesterday, pulled it out the box, but found that the plastic on the front around the turnable unlock handle (left of keypad) was broken off. Looking at the packaging, there was nothing to protect it, it was just in a cardboard box. On top where the top hinge is for the door, there was a bump, and the paint had started to come off. I had serious issues opening the door, I had to get a screw driver to get it open, it was so stiff because of how uneven the door was. Only way to fix it so it can open and shut feely, is to file down the top of the door. Using / setting the keypad is very simple, and there is plenty of space.
