Very clever bit of kit. Takes up very little room and is pleasing to the eye. The only drawback is that the filter gets gets blocked therefore keep a old tooth dry brush handy! This is the only reason for 3 stars oterwise the unit its self works very well.

I bought this for several reasons, the main one being of course that my carpets desperately needed revitalizing. I had an old Vax that operated as a vacuum and carpet cleaner, but being the type you drag around like a dog on a lead, it drove me mad as apart from having to virtually rebuild it to use it, I had to haul around the cleaner plus miles of tubes and wires wherever I went. As a vacuum it was replaced by a Dyson, and although it was kept for its carpet cleaning aspect, to be honest it's never been out again as can't remember how to set it up. I bought this on ebay and got 24 delivery it arrived about 1.5 hours ago I have just finished cleaning my diningroom carpet with it. Puttin it together - i managed it ok just 4 screws and a bit of fiddling ease of use - so far simple, they seem to have kept the design so that there is not alot to go wrong. Does it work - I have just done a patterned carpet that ranges from beige to deep red and I can now see all the colours. I had lost most of them to the mud bought in by my 2 dogs and my mothers wheelchair etc (not sure who is worse her or the dogs!!!) This product is great for restoring that dull dirty carpet and even rinses the carpet well so the carpets r almost dry with good ventilation in about 30mins. its abit loud but gets results.

I've had this a few months now without any problems. The super saver delivery took over 6 weeks to arrive and there was no way of tracking it so may be worth paying the extra for tracked delivery. The unit is easy to assemble, it feels a little flimsy, the foot catch to lower the handle is particularly so but in fairness it hasn't broken. Using the machine is very easy and it does a good job, it's easy to put in the detergent and the dirty water is easy to empty and the filters are easy to clean. The dirty water tank has a float which turns off the suction when it is full, this isn't immediately apparent but there is a slight change in sound and it doesn't suck up anymore! I love this. We have both hardwood and carpeted floors in our house and this deals with both fantastically. We had builders in and they left tonnes of dust and this cleaned it all off without an effort. The hose is long enough that I can leave the unit at the bottom of the stairs. I use the turbo tool to make the stairs nice and clean. We are really happy with this product.

TO SUM UP THIS CLEANER I WOULD SAY IT IS GOOD FOR SMALLER HOMES NOT LARGE HOMES AS THE BATTERY LIFE IS NOT LONG AND IT TAKES AROUND 14 HOURS TO RECHARGE. I FOUND IT REALLY GOOD ON MY WOODEN FLOOR, I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE AMOUNT OF DIRT THAT CAME OF A FLOOR THAT I THOUGHT WAS CLEAN. BUT I MUST ALSO POINT OUT IT WOULD ONLY DO 1 LARGE ROOM AT A TIME AND THAT IT TAKES TWICE AS LONG AS A CONVENTIONAL MOP. IF YOUVE GOT A SMALL AREA TO CLEAN AND CANNOT MANAGE A CONVENTIONAL MOP I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND. BUT IF YOUVE GO A BIG AREA TO CLEAN YOU WILL NEED TO INVEST IN A BETTER QUALITY CLEANER.
