I bought this vaccuum on the strength of the reviews already written. I needed to swap from my 3 year old Morphy Richards bagless vac that has suddenly decided to go bang. I did not check whether this new one had a setting for the diffent types of flooring, I thought they all came with it??? It doesn't. I used it last night for the first time and was very impressed with the suction, it picked up enough dust and bits to shock me (must hoover more!!) However, although is is very light weight and no bother to carry up stairs, it is hard work pushing it around the floor, probably becuase the suction is so good and there are no alternative height settings. Overall happy with my purchase and would recommend.

Have owned this for over 1 year now. It has been consistently great at keeping the house clean. Picks up all kinds of household dust and dirt including pet hairs. The see through the dust chamber is a good touch. It gives a great sense of satisfaction to see the dirt trapped rather than lying around your home. I've no complaints other than a minor niggle that the cable rewind is weak which is odd when compared to such a powerful cleaner. I'd have no problems recommending this cleaner.

This little gem is a master piece, It`s cheaper than the roomba and yet delivers just the same. It picks up my parrots feathers the roomba did not it does pick up dog hairs and a lot more besides. I had a remote and a docking station I did not with the roomba . Bad points and this is the reason I would now rate it as a four star, waste box smaller than the roomba and the roomba in my opinion was to small, Remote control is slow to react and needs more force than it should on the buttons. no spare filters and the roomba does and you need them trust me. It does reverse like the new roomba to detangle but stops against the skirting board as it trys to mount it in my opinion the motor is to strong or it is to light at the back, and all the other features of ... After a couple of months, however, one of the wheels fell off - and a month later the other one came off. I happen to have a workshop and was able to repair them myself - pretty poor wheel design on an otherwise excellent product.
