I am very disappointed. Being heavy is the third problem. Second, the turbo tool is too large and does not clean to edges, plus it can only be used on the long arm, which is not how I vacuum stairs. The biggest problem is every time you want to use the hose, having to move and connect both ends - about 5 steps to the job. My old vacuum was just a "lift off and use", which is how vacuuming is done - a bit of main carpet then some edges, then a bit more main. The 73351 has made vacuuming annoying and I regret buying it.

Sick to death with yet another Dyson(my 2nd!!)losing all suction and cutting out every 5 mins,so I decided a new hoover was what I needed, after days of invetigating,reading reviews and speaking to friends and collegues my Henry was choosen and why did I wait so long! he is fantastic,easy to use,quiet,but most of all he actually cleans my carpets,wooden floors and tiled floors effortlessly.

Okay it's not completely silent but I am amazed how quiet it is. Compared to my old Hoover it is just astounding. Of course you get the sound of the air but there is no fan or motor noise. But does it work, well yes it does and quite well. I've not had it long and I don't have a huge experiance with cleaners but it picks up the stuff and puts it in the hopper where you can see it wizzing around. Thats all I need. Negatives, the metal tube is heavy, my mum would not be happy. The handle on the tube does not want to stay on. Thats no problem for me but it also has the tools attached.

I would give this 0 stars if i could. I agree with everything the previous reviewer said! I had the pet hair attachmet which clogged immediately and was so difficult to clean I've never used it again, i find it much easier to sweep with a broom and then hoover the bits up with the short nozzle. Getting a Henry, this really is useless.
