Panasonic MC-E3011RP47 Bagged Upright Vacuum Cleaner in burgundy 2000w Bought to replace a Vax hoover which was very heavy and emptying was a nightmare, dust everywhere. This is so lightweight and easy change bag, brilliant. Would have given 5 stars if hose for tools was longer and mains lead had at least 1 metre more in length (to stretch down the stairs). I recommend this product. Hoovering is no longer like a workout at the gym.

Having had the product for a little while now, I find it to be superb. My previous vacuum cleaner was a bagged product, and had a powerful motor, yet having bought this product after my old cleaner finally broke down, I was surprised at how much dust this product picked up, and seemed to make light work of it too! The build quality is also excellent - whilst the machine is slightly on the heavy side, it moves easily, and the wraparound system does make it very neat when stored. It also fits well on stairs as advertised. The tools that it comes with are also good, and can be attached either to the end of the extending 'wand', or directly onto the end of the hose (which detaches very easily from the wand when required). Great for furniture and stairs if you've got pets that shed their fur!! More useful than the standard stair tool by Dyson.

I was happy with this dehumidifier at first. It worked well although it is a little noisy. Then it stopped humidifying. Sometimes it would start, the compressor would shake and it would cut out. There is no after sales service from DeLonghi. They refer you to another organisation who do not reply and then when you eventually get them they do not cover your area. Found a local man who repairs such items but he could not find out what was wrong. So I accept things fail but when you can't get them repaired it is really frustrating and expensive. So I am now looking for a new dehumidifier from another manufacturer with proper aftersales!
