The water where I am (North Yorkshire) isn't too bad, but whereas many regions in this part of the country have superb (soft) water, my area isn't quite so blessed. I dont drink the tap water, just because of a slight taste and the many bits flying around in the glass when the tap water is poured. Also that slight "film" on the top of cups of tea & coffee is slightly off putting. I have just received this product today, and couldn't be happier. Straight away you can see the glass of water you are drinking is clean and pure, and the taste definitely validates this further. This is a great product, versatile and very solidly made. Previous comments about the instructions are fair, in that they could have been much more helpful, especially in giving guidance on blade selection and how to deal with different types and sizes of things like the carrot example. Which by the by the way, is best to be done by hand i.e. not use the slider/ holder, and then either finish the stubbs by hand or eat them (Chef's bonus). Whether you use the slider or not there will always be a small bit that does not/ cannot be cut! I have just bought this backpack. It's gorgeous and I love the bright turquoise and pink. It's not a huge pack but you CAN fit a decent amount in - I have tested (it seems pretty durable for the little ones!) It's also the perfect accessory as the colours match the Peppa Pig Trike which we have bought as a Christmas present for my two year old daughter. She adores Peppa Pig and will love this bag!

It's not a huge pack but you CAN fit a decent amount in - I have tested (it seems pretty durable for the little ones!) It's also the perfect accessory as the colours match the Peppa Pig Trike which we have bought as a Christmas present for my two year old daughter. She adores Peppa Pig and will love this bag!

Rainbows are great, especially when you can have one in your room. However, this little piece of kit uses a silver foil mirror and some LEDs to produce a rainbow only in the darkest rooms. In short, it is is very much an under-powered toy. If you think your kids will be skipping under rainbows, think again unless you live in a cave and pitch black is guaranteed.
