Bought 2 of these just over a year ago . My stepdaughters chiller unit packed up a few weeks out of warranty. Having switched ours off before a 2 week holiday, when switching back on again, lo and behold ours no longer chills. Having just read other customer reviews it is quite obvious that the product has a very limited shelf life, which at nearly £100 is not acceptable. In addition I found Breville customer services particularly unhelpful when trying to locate a local dealership who could perhaps carry out repairs.

I really like these neat little timers. Not useful if you need to look from a distance but a nice loud beep, count up as well as down, and very easy to set up. They are more robust than you might think. Cheap too (when I bought it - it has doubled in price since!). I would buy these again.

I was sucked in by this being called a 'Smoothie' maker when in fact it's just an inefficient blender. The blades are not at all sharp, so they don't blend my frozen berries well and oranges are just too much for it. The motor is not supposed to run for longer than 60 seconds, which isn't long enough to blend all fruits, and even so it always smells slightly as if it's burning. It won't blend fruit unless quite a lot of liquid is added to it. None of the parts are suitable to be washed in the dishwasher. The tap is just a gimmick, and even if you leave the motor running it often gets blocked. It is also extremely noisy! On the plus side, the design is quite nice but the material is plastic and cheap looking. I'm really looking forward to replacing ... Read More:

i wanted some new knifes for my new kitchen and read lots of reviews,these are spot on. very sharp i can carve my joints properly now. it also looks very good on my worktop.

very pleased with this bin. had bought one from homebase which was their own brand but it broke after 3 months of usage. this bin feels sturdy, the foot pedal is nice and smooth and it comes with 3 sample brabantia bin liners, which to be honest cost £5 for 40 - something i wont be buying as the ones from Tesco's work a treat with the lid, which seals away any unsightly bin edge from hanging out. great price, top quality!

I have tried many different coffee makers over the years ,and this model is best ever . easy and quick to use ,also pours beautifully :The coffee remains piping hot for a long time even after it has been switched off . We can still use left over later on in the day .just switch it back on to percolate again ,and it still tastes fresh :
