Firstly, I don't understand why there are so many positive reviews. I bought this kettle, based on these comments, and it arrived today. (After 2 weeks), and i must say, I am really dissapointed. Its cheap, and nasty. The lid does not close properly, and is very loose. The illuminated section can only be seen if you switch all the lights off and have the kitchen in complete darkness. The base is very flimsy thin plastic. There is the option to keep the cord at a short length, by wrapping it under the base, BUT the cord is so stiff, the base tilts the kettle unless its full of water! Having just received these pillows, the quality is such that I am ordering another set. When you consider you can pay these prices for uncomfortable, non hypo allergenic and non anti dustmite foam or hollow fibre filled pillows, then you would be mad not to. What a steal.

To be fair to the product it has nothing wrong with it. Its a good shaker and not too heavy or light. It is what it is, nothing fancy which you cannot expect for £11. Well worth the buy because it is great when guests come round and fun to use. Yes i do recommend this product.
