What can i say!!!!! its brilliant. it took us years to find the perfect sandwich maker, we finally found it. In fact the day it arrived we decided to try it, and after making the first sandwich i was buying a second one. There's no mess, easy clean and the bread does not stick to the plates even without butter or oil. It cooks very quickly (just watch your fingers as it does get really hot). Highly recommended for those tostie enthusiasts and a must for a kitchen gadget.

Brilliant product and worth every penny. I know its a lot to pay for a kettle but I was fed up of constantly buying replacement kettles that were noisy and slow. I have never paid this much for a kettle but it is beautifully made, attractive to look at and fast. The only draw back would be the weight. It is quite heavy when full to capacity. As it is guaranteed for 3 years I expect it to last for at least 10 or more!

Bought one of these after using a relative's and being impressed by its performance as a vacuum cleaner. My real need however was for a carpet washer. Used it only three times as a washer during the guarantee period. The fourth time I tried to use it the washer pump failed to work. It was, expensively, repaired and worked several times before the pump failed again. It continues to work well as a simple vacuum but I feel there is a weakness involving the pump. Note: Even when the pump is working, washing a carpet is slow and hard work. I would not recommend this machine. It is poor value for money.

I have had other dustbusters but this one beats all. I suffer from arthritis and this little vac just skims across the floor with the aid of two little wheels, I have no problem using it, in fact I rarely ever use my big vac now as this one seems to go on forever without charge. It has a run time of about 20 or so minutes time to do the job no problem. I would recommend this little vac above all others. I give it five, well worth the money.

Have mentioned this product to other people, only to be asked `why don't you just turn it all off at the plug`, well the plug is behind a shelving unit - so pretty hard to get to and what are my chances of my kids remembering to do this? not good I would guess. The intelliplug is so simple to use, and seeing all the other six peripheral lights go out when you turn off your pc is instant gratification. Must admit energy costs are really focusing my mind at the moment and anything which helps is a bonus.

I was looking for a new smallish heater to go with my new Kitchen and decided on this one after looking at the reviews. The Heater duly arrived and well packed a few days after ordering it and setting it up was simplicity itself. You undo two screws at the bottom, then fit on the base and refit the screws to hold it.
