DeLonghi Metropolis KBM3011 Jug Kettle. I have never written a review before but wanted to let people who had bought this kettle and were disappointed,know that it is worth contacting customer services at Delonghi. I too was disappointed with the difficulty of the lid and when I read the amazon reviews I e mailed them with my complaint. They replied that they had no other complaints about the kettle!!! However they sent me a replacement lid and it is no longer a chore to fill the kettle so my guess is that they have altered the lid in some way. I was on the point of buying another kettle because it was so difficult to get the lid off and on. So it might be worth an e mail to them.

Oh my god, what a waste of money! I use salt and pepper mills and was fed up of wiping the grains off the table, so when I saw this lil fella I thought I was sorted! How wrong I was, it can't even suck up small grains of salt! I stick to using a clean damp dishcloth, it works the best!

Nice looking kettle with a good lid. It does take a while to switch off when boiling so don't position it under a unit as the steam will cause damage. I find it heavy when it's filled to MAX. but I'm only 5'1".

OK, so a vacuum cleaner tool is nothing to get excited about...but this tool is surprisingly useful! I used it to vacuum under the sofa cushions and was amazed at the amount of dust, hair and fluff it picked up!! Oh...and I found a few pound coins, too ;-)

It is compact and light weight, and moves around easily. Not too noisy, even when on full power, it has very good suction power and has no trouble picking up dirt, lint, graval etc, even picks up the dog hairs with ease. It is very easy to empty the dirt container, and even have air freshners to put in the container so when you hoover it gives of a nice smell. It packs away easily, the metal pipe is telescopic and you can adjust it for your height. I would recommend it for dog owners.

I bought this gadget after the reviews. sincerely its a good thing. its small and compact suitable for travelers. its got a voltage selector that even if u travel to countries that use 120V u still be able to use it by changing the voltage selector from 220V to 120V.i think its cheap and i recommend those who travel frequently to buy it.

I bought this item couple of month ago after few weeks, the table were turning themselves off. So for cooking some 2 min pastas you need 10 min... Amazon was just excellent i complained and they sent me a new one, i put the old one in the box and sent them back. Installed the new one after 2 days same problem... Amazon stop selling this crap item, and guys don't buy it.

We have had two of this model in the past 3 months. The first lasted for 2 months before developing a serious fault. The second one developed the same fault within one day of use. The exterior casing of the oven became extremely hot whilst the contents of the oven did not even get warm. Steer away from this model!!
