WOW! this morning before my dyson arrived i scrubbed all my carpets with a dry scrubbing brush to get rid of the dog hairs and then hoovered them (as i have been doing for months as our vacuum cleaner is rubbish) when the dyson arrived i thought i would test it too make sure it works...wow! it picked up two canisters worth of dog hair..I amazed. i was a bit worried i had wasted a load of money on this cleaner..but it is worth every penny, its fantastic! highly recommend it to all pet owners who are fed up with having dog/cat fur over your black tops and trousers!

Bought one of these when the previous one wore out and needed a new cover asap. Had it for a couple of months and have just ditched it. Bad points: * It's so big that it fits over the whole board including the asbestos bit where you rest the iron. Very happy with this juicer - works brilliantly on almost every kind of fruit and veg (except bananas and avocados - use a blender for those instead!) and produces lots of juice and reasonably dry pulp. Cleaning is a pain (as on all juicers!) but the tasty fresh juice makes the hassle of cleaning worthwhile. Just be disciplined and wash it straight away otherwise the dried on gunk is hard to remove. Also dispense with the little 'toothbrush' provided for cleaning the mesh and just use a standard nail brush instead - makes it much easier! The light box has been very useful I have it on next to my computer at work, putting it on in the morning it helps me to get going and during these winter months has stopped me feeling so sleepy in the afternoon. Even my colleagues next to me have noticed a difference.

Absolutely great. Makes coffee just as you would want it in a cafe. The milk frother is excellent. Gets milk really hot. Looks good too. Easy to use. The ideal way to make cappucinos. Can't recommend this machine enough.

The sucking power of this little vac is undoubted. My only real gripe with it is the filter. It's not only a nuisance to clean out (stuff gets stuck inbetween its fins, and needs laboriously prodding out with a cocktail stick, as just giving it a shake or a knock on the side of the dustbin doesn't do the job), but also it needs cleaning out FAR more often than the actual vac needs emptying. The result is that I don't use it as much as I thought I would, because it's actually easier to get the big Dyson out & use that than to faff around with the filter all the time :( It's also VERY noisy and quite terrifies the cats, who have learned to tolerate the big upright cleaner, so are not exactly scaredy cats. We have been using this for over a year now. Not only is it a brilliant sandwich toaster, very easy to clean and takes up little space when stood up, but it is very versatile. We use it to cook steaks, onions, bacon, fish cakes, burgers, etc. If you are a student this would be ideal! What makes it so useful is really that it is easy to clean as no parts are removable. After you have cooked your food, use a damp/wet cloth and wet the two surfaces. Eat your food. Now come back and wipe it clean with a damp cloth and then a paper towel. Thats it! Even 'baked' on meat juices just come straight off. We have an electric hob and an oven, but still use this often. Highly recommended!
