I bought this juicer about March 2008 when me and my partner turned into raw food vegans. This means we use the juicer at least 2x a day, every day. At first we thought it's good value for money, because the price is very affordable. It's also not that difficult to clean, and it looks stylish. I like the wide mouth, saves us having to slice all the time! Later on however, we notice that the pulp is getting wetter and wetter. We've had it for about 4 months now, and nowadays the pulp appears almost like really wet mash, especially when we use pineapples. This is my 6th breadmaker. I bake bread daily and none have lasted more than 2 years. Some better than others. This machine has lasted 6 months. Morphy Richards customer care has been appalling. The machine comes with a 2 year warranty but Morphy Richards make it as difficult as possible to replace. The problem has been like most other e-mails - a loud clunk then the paddle stops turning. Thank goodness for Amazons excellent customer care! The unfortunate thing is they are replacing the machine with another Morphy Richards. Definately won't buy anything made by Morphy Richards again.

We bought this to replace an ageing DC05 which after many years use had reached the stage of disintegrating. As the previous reviewer noted the first thing you notice is that the DC20 is generally much larger than the older models (and presumably has much more suction). The larger size is compensated for as regards storage by the clever design of the wand which telescopes into 3 sections to allow storage in a small space. This does have the disadvantage that the wand is pretty thick and heavy when telescoped which is a nuisance when used for dusting etc. Having said that with the handle at the top the wand is very nice to use for cleaning when extended. meaning you really can scrape the bowl thoroughly and in seconds. Not great for husbands who want to eat the remaining cake mix. The best spatula I own, I do actually love it! :)

I wouldn't say I know much about ironing, and I've never particularly liked doing it, but I decided to replace our old steam iron with this one and I have been really impressed. I find it makes a much better job of the ironing, so I get through it quicker. The steam seems to take out all the creases. I have only tried the ionic steam once so far(on a pair of jeans) and it really worked well. It is easy to fill and not too heavy to hold. The protective cover for the hotplate is useful too. I also like the fact that you can adjust the steam.

The has got to be the bees knees, all those years of buying gadgets, I have not stopped using in yet,the list is endless.........and it puts my Bamix to shame in alot of areas, Ony down is watch where you by it from as some people ar cashing in on its rarity at present and loading the price, I inadvertantly got caught. But it was worth it.Must go CHOP CHOP CHOP
