Don't waste your money. Really poor quality. Came under filled and misshapen, nothing like the picture. Any amount of my use in a couple of hours just made it worse. Really disappointed. You could easily just get what you need from a few pillows from what this tries to do. Ended up hurting my back and neck as well. Probably will end up throwing it out because in another day it won't even resemble a normal pillow! Wish I wouldn't have wasted my money, just trying to make sure no one else does too.
