`Kingdom of Comfort' has been hailed as a return to form with renewed purpose for delirious? Sadly, despite having its moments, for most of this album delirious? seem to be a band whose day has gone, trying desperately to regain some momentum. Any hope of connecting again with the cultural mainstream in which `King of Fools' and `Mezzamorphis' once so proudly swam seems to have been abandoned with an album aimed squarely at the Christian sub-culture. Many of the songs plod where delirious? once soared and the lyrics confuse where once they inspired. Why is God smiling when our hearts are broken? Does the Spirit really teach us to distance ourselves from the world when we live our dreams and sing a new song?

This is the first mainstream album from delirious? and they gave a wonderful offering first time. This is where classics begin, such as Deeper and History Maker. White Ribbon Day is one of the most beautiful songs ever written, and deals with a serious issue christians face today about how God can be loving when there is so much pain in the world. Even if you aren't a christian you can still enjoy this album. It is an excellent worship album and also an excellent CD in its own right.

A collection of some of their finest songs of recent years, captured in excellent live performance too. You will not be disappointed, whether you're a die-hard fan or new to the group. They have a talent and they have a heart for God too and that really comes through on this DVD. Highly recommended!

Audio Lessonover? is a great album. I've only got 2 Delirious albums right now, but I'm ordering another, and this is a kind of mix of songs. I think a lot of songs in this album are amazing, and some are not so good. I am a fan of lightish rock music mainly, e.g Delirious? (obviously), Coldplay and Franz Ferdinand. The song that stand out to me are Waiting for the Summer, Take Me Away (Awesome!), Love is the Compass, Alien, Angel In Disguise (nice song, Fire, A Little Love, Show Me Heaven and America, but the rest didnt really stand out as good songs to me, and Stealing Time has about 2 minutes of silence in. This album is worth buying solely for those tracks, and you might enjoy the others too, even if i did not as much.

This album is my favourite Delirious? Album ever, in terms of the fact that I do not usually skip any of the tracks. Every other D? album I own has at least one track I am not so fond of, with World Service, not so. Every track has it's own appeal, all are well mixed, written and produced; many contain much emotion held in the lyrics and arrangement.
Features (hardly noticable) guest appearance of Daniel Bedingfield, who shares the Christian faith of the band, which features in many of the tracks lyrics.
I highly recommend this album to any D? fan, or anyone who likes better than average pop-rock.

Music : Deeper : The D:finitive Worship Experience
World Service without a shadow of a doubt is the best Delirious? album to date. The album is very U2 at the beginning, the second half of the album a little slower and more Radio Head/Snow Patrol. The only down side is that the boys are going to have to keep producing albums this good now we've seen just how spectacular they are. Before this album they were brilliant, but really, this takes them up to the next level. Well done boys. Absolutely awesome! Beautifully written!

It must be said that i may be overating this album a little bit because of the amount i listened to it as a teenager growing up, but i still think that is one of the best Christian worship albums ever produced. It's so much more creative than so much of what is churned out at the top-end of the Christian music scene, and in truth better than anything Delirious? have produced since.

I said i overated this album a little, but the amount this album is written off is amazing. The sound on it is so full throughout, and there is so much going on. You can hear new bits on it years after having first listened to it. Songs such as 'Investigate', 'Jesus' Blood', and 'Everything' stand out inparticular. They're certainly better than the sickly sweet songs ... Read More:
