FAB FAB CD!!! This CD reflects what the 'true' gospel is all about. No ovr the top instrumental gimmicks and over-used vibrato, which reflects so much of the modern gospel. These artists all have wonderful harmonies and soul lifting words. Yes, these boys can sing - beautifully and most importantly, with 'HOLY SPIRIT' inspiration. It really lifts my Spirit, as the Scripture says `The Garment of Praise for the Spirit of heaviness' and these scriptural songs really do just that. Give me this 'Old Time Religion' and its simplicity in song. It reflects the TRUE Gospel any day. Well worth the money!!!

A complete change for me in musical taste and I have to say, not one that I will go crazy about, but this isn't a bad album. It's one that you might pull out the cd rack a couple of times a year. The track "swing down sweet chariot" is a really different variation on that old slave song adopted by the England rugby team's supporters "Swing low, sweet chariot".
